Spring Break 2008

We went to Florida for Spring Break. We stayed in Tampa. We went to Sea World, Busch Gardens, visited Cocoa Beach (where Alan spent his junior high years), visited my aunt and family, and went to Kennedy Space Center.

Larissa horseback riding

Larissa took a few horseback riding lessons over the summer. No rodeos in the future. I mainly wanted her to not be afraid of horses and know how to ride. She enjoyed it.

Richard Petty Driving Experience

Alan turned the big 5-0 in June. For his birthday, he did the Richard Petty driving experience where he drove a race car around the track about 8-10 times. I personally have NO DESIRE to do that. Will and Larissa spent the night with G'ma Net that night. We called Will from the infield and he got to hear all the cars. You have to be 14 to ride in the car with a driver, 16 to actually drive. Will CAN NOT wait. He wants to do it NOW.
